How to get a partner

I have been living in Bangalore for one year and am not able to find a girlfriend. I tried bumble and tinder but it seems like nothing is working for me. Before you say anything I must say that it's not about my looks. I look decent, had few girlfriends in the past, I get few matches on bumble but after matching they just ghost me. Curious to know what works in Bangalore.
