How to get a legit internship 😩

So......I am trying for internships from various platforms as well as cold mailing, but the ones I checked were rather controversial and I need only 1 MONTH internship, I mean how am i supposed to get that when firms usually need 3 months min.....but yeah....so any tips on what and how to get good internships?? If it is very good...like a big company....I don't mind more than a month but that seems difficult cuz I'm still in my bachelors(BBA Analytics)
