How to get a job in US or Middle East countries in Finance or FP&A profile?

Hi everyone, I am a qualified CA with 2+ years of statutory and internal audit experience and 3 years of FP&A experience. My salary as of now is in range of 11-14 and looking for change with better pay. What should I do? Should I look for going out of India for job or here I can get a switch with at least 20+ in India? Seeking genuine guidance. Thanks in advance
