How to get a job in Australia or New Zealand from India in Consulting roles

Hi Everyone, Can you please guide me how to get a job in Australia or New Zealand from India. What stack do i need to upskill myself? I have 2.6 yoe in the Technical role. But I'm looking for consulting roles in the above countries. Can anyone help me with that.

Oz / Nz use a lot of Microsoft stack so .Net, Azure are in demand. However quite tricky to get sponsored from overseas.
NZ is lovely but the market is super small and has issues so just go directly to Australia like many Kiwis (google this trend to know why). Your best bet is coming here to study after 3-5 years of experience first then look for jobs after Masters. Network, experience and skills are more important than degree.
