How to get a job in a startup?

I I've noticed that many startup job boards list roles, but rarely any for freshers.

I understand the need for experienced hires to drive growth, but as someone eager to be in that environment, it’s frustrating.

I've been applying to startups for a Data Analyst role (specializing in Power BI) for a while now. To bridge the "experience gap," I’m preparing for the PL-300 certification, hoping it can help bypass the typical 1-year requirement.
