How to get a good offcampus offer ?

I am a final year student from a tier-3 state government college. Now, my college is having very poor track record of placements and I am in a very terrible state. I have applied 100+ applications, got no response.

I recently did my summer internship from a renowned bank (which I received on campus) Despite having positive reviews and feedback from my manager and team, I wasn't given PPO. Even my team was shocked about this. I did 2 projects: One complete backend which involved critical business logic changes in spring boot and second, LLM agent for testing purposes, along with its modular component (frontend in Angular and backend in flask). I also had to do testing (TDD, as well as BDD(QA))

I have 9.6+ CGPA, solved 1100 Leetcode, 4 stars in codechef, expert in codeforces, and guardian in leetcode.

I have also done projects majorly in web domain (MERN, NextJS) as well as did 2 ML projects. 2 projects made us finalists in hackathons.

It feels all my hard work has gone to gutter. No hopes are left. Can anyone tell me how to proceed ahead ? What should be done ?
