How to get a f*cking job!

Guys sorry about the rant but I possess some good level of Mern development skills, But the problem here is the interviews 2 medium level problems in 30 mins, If feels I'll never get a job like this. Mentioning I'm able to create applications on my own. A recent incident I solved the problem but forgot how to access elements from the map to print final results in foreach, he didn't let me check how tf I'm supposed to remember each and everything. 2 react questions in 30 mins bro seriously 😒 for me it takes time to build intuition then I code. Why is there so much time bounding. For 2.4 YOE how should I know each and everything and remember it. Suggest me is it my problem or interviews are nowadays are really fcked. Pls advise what should I do as Mern developer. Medium level companies are not even Shortlisting me I have 326 problems on leetcode. I'm lost.
