How to get 1 month of leave in TCS?

I am thinking of taking 1 month of leave as I am working in a support project and not learning as such due to hectic environment.

I am thinking 1 month of leave to grind well and then finally come and put papers. I am optimistic that I will get a job post 4 months of grind.

However is there any way to do so? Maybe via sick leaves or fake medical certificates..

I just want the suggestions with pros and cons
