Turn on night mode on the phone.

Don't drink water half an hour before bed.
Take therapy.
Nothing worked so I take one Clonazepam daily as prescribed. Go see a psychiatrist. Insomnia sucks. ✌

Oh, I almost forgot to mention! Please enjoy the grapes you've gathered from the Grapevine. They are such a wonderful source of melatonin!

Eat healthy- no junk and finish light dinner by 6pm. Make sure you exercise everyday early morning. Also, no screen time post 6pm

no screen time post 6pm..that's very difficult 😕

Take magnesium glycinate; you will sleep like a baby and wake up fresh without any body ache. It’s not addictive and completely safe. I personally take Ace blend’s.
Also, exercise, reduce screen time (especially before bedtime) and eat clean. Maybe read a few pages once in bed, it helps to calm down.

Bro pta chale to mujhe bhi btana 🫠

What worked for me:
- Warm lights after sunset (Get smart bulbs)
- Have dinner as early as possible ; at least 3-4 hours prior to sleeping.
- Magnesium supplements.
- Turn off all digital devices 1hour prior to intended sleep time. Wind down by reading some non mentally taxing and fun.
Late night meetings can be difficult. Currently in that situation. So I try to wrap everything prior to meeting and just wind down after it and sleep; took a adjustment phase though.

There are some breathing exercises that you can follow before sleeping which helps. Also few things to keep in mind
- No caffeine 4-5 hours prior sleeping
- No screen time an hour before you start to sleep
- Phone and all should be away from arms reach while you’re sleeping.
- You can try reading a book or something before you sleep. This may help
Hope this helps!

thanks! 1,2,3 I do, 4th I'll try
