You wont get that detail in one place. CTC = Fixed + Variable + Medical + Gratuity.

Fixed = You will get in rewards site Variable = there ahould be "i" icon in variable site where they would mention how much % of fixed is your variable component. Note You may be eligible for 27% but getting only 12% variable. I. that case CTC will be 27%. Medical = it should be around 16k. There is one hyperlink that you go from rewards site where that details is available. Gratuity = You can calculate online through gratuity tools

You can check it in your compensation plan on allsec portal
