How to find the best role

I did my MBA from a tier 1 college. I work in Genpact &my salary is around 19lpa (<2 years workex). Hikes are very low and work is not at all interesting. Currently in a risk consulting role. I don't like works that are like gas lighting up and I rather prefer logic in the work that I do rather than working on PPTs or just using some business jargon with clients. I don't feel like I'm doing actual work and my manager is shit who behaves like a school teacher.

I want to explore which roles will best suit me and want to shift into that area. I clearly have no clue whether to go into finance or product management and how to go into them. Also, I'm from south india and don't feel like moving to Mumbai or gurgaon due to the high cost of living and pollution and traffic. I'm very good at numbers and quant. Please suggest what kind of job roles I should be looking for.
