How to find jobs thru Linkedin??

I have been part of same firm since the day i got placed thru campus selection. Given the pay scale am in right now, and obviously hearing about others of my age earning double the amount, I would like to make a switch. Can the Subject Matter Experts in this field please help me and others here?
