My manager always suggests me that I need to submit atleast one Pragati a year. But, to be really honest, I don’t even understand what to submit and I’m not even clear about this whole Pragati thing.

Can anyone suggest or advice how to find ideas and explain about Pragati in detail ? Thanks.
