Trending @Accenture; How to find a project ?

I had a chat with my supervisor regarding the release me from current project. He said he will discuss further on this and suggested it's better to have an offer from another project to get a easy release otherwise, once you go on the bench it's difficult to find one. How can I find a project in a development based project. I have p2 proficiency in Mern Stack. Have 1 year of experience working in different domain.
