How to enjoy and work ???
I have a great team, great manager okayish project. But the urge to work and do extra... I can't feel it... How to manage time properly

You cannot do it where you don't have ownership. As a salaried employee we don't have that. The only way to enjoy the work is to look forward for the salary day. The purpose of staying in office for 10/12 hrs due to peer pressure knowing very well that we will be fired eventually cannot bring in satisfaction at any time. Any salaried employee working in IT who says "it's not like that", " I enjoy office time" are lying. Or text book case of Stockholm syndrome.
Of course this is only till you get into lower sr. Management role. Once there, things are different.
Are there openings in your team for 2.5 yoe soft engg?

Get a zinga, and place it somewhere in the office. The one who loses or cant place it properly will buy a chai that day! Oh my entertainment is not to sit still at the desk, I’m always somewhere but desk! I get a phone call, to come and attend a teams call -_-
Drink more and more coffee until the caffeine makes you do what you want to do.
