You can only encash during separation. And it doesn't require any input from your end. Encashment is an automated process which happens along with separation

I think we can carry forward a maximum of 45 leaves for the next Financial Year. Encashment is only possible in case of resignation. Otherwise, the leaves above 45 will elapse for the Bangalore location. Can someone from the Bangalore location confirm this?
