How to do MBA in TCS
I am 8yr experience in software. Should I go for MBA? If yes then how to do it from TCS?
Trying to be gentle and nice when I say this, but why would you want to stick to TCS for MBA ?
I have mentioned before in a comment one of my colleagues from a project wanted to go for Masters and the HR offered LWP and a measly hike of 25% after re joining. On top of that conditions on which they will assist you with just 2 to 3 lakhs of Masters fees which they will hold you liable for.
So if you really are keen on going for Masters then please leave and God speed ahead. Dont look back.
PS: There are exceptional cases when projects send for Masters but that is super super rare and highly political in nature. Covered by organisation but the whole Hierarchy must approve.
