How to disclose your CTC?

I've fixed pay and some RSUs(Distributed over 4 years) Which is the right approach to say your CTC when asked?

  1. Just fixed part
  2. Fixed + RSU amount for 1 year
  3. Fixed + entire RSU amount(Just how companies are inflating CTC package)

Dont disclose it. Stand your ground. tell them your skill matters to them. How much someone pays, or who sleeps with you doesnt matter to them.

Those rangoli idiots will pressure you saying they cannot role out an offer without that info, Tell them to shove it up their ass. Those idiots cannot do anything in front of the business team. HR has no incentive for them to go against the business team for lower/mid level hirings.

That gives them the yearly amount to target an order at you. If it's not enough, you can then tell them the entire invested RSU amount you'd be letting go of. (As you'll again have a cliff based vesting to start from scratch)

Adding to this, What if salary has signing bonus paid over month, so should I be sharing just base part or with bonus?

What is the resistance to telling them?
