How to disagree with band ?

It's a humble request if anyone knows how to disagree on band please help, don't ignore.

I got C band, was expecting B.

My rating was 4.31

I got released from my project that gave me rating (15 jan released)

After that I was on bench for almost 1 month then got into some support project (this project changed my unit from CBG TTH to BFSI WEST) which I rejected ( was under allocation for 13 days) after that again on bench and on 13 march got allocation into another project.

So i got this band due to on bench or some other reason.

If anyone can help me, please comment

The management is seriously out of their minds, QVA cut, increment deferred, now C bands for 4.1+ IPF!!

Ohh, but you are consultant and I think higher the position lower the band you will get.

When the band is released on Ux, there will be an option in SPEED to accept / reject it.

After rejecting it what steps i should do ?

I was on and off bench.

As you have been released from project before band . That is you got C bro

Even after rejecting the banding. No action will be taken except for a formality call between your manager, your hr and you may be included. Even this may not happen. So you can at max raise a grievance in ultimatix for band but not sure if anything will change but you can give it a try.
