How to decrease notice period
A friend of mine has been selected at amazon just 3 hours ago. They said that 90 days notice period is not acceptable and a maximum of 45 days would be given. What are his options? What should he do? He is currently in the project and his manager is a sadist.
Only way is to get released from project,there was one guy who was on bench as soon as he resigned they released him within a week.
Your freind got selected for a sde position or for a particular tech stack?
Get some fake medical certificate (something like back pain) and ask for release from the current project. After going to the bench, resign and ask for reducing it

If you have a good manager and team lead who will support you else if you do not have have that much dependency then after 100 of mail and message they will allow you to leave. Butbif your manager do not want trust me all in veins. As I am trying to do so and serving 90 days. I tried all but failed. Only support isbyour manager.
