Trending @Accenture; How to deal with workplace toxicity?

I'm a new joiner and already I'm experiencing workplace toxicity. The one's who are supposed to help me with things are not bothered. Being a new joiner I have to get some help one way or another. The so called "buddy" is not even bothered to help me with anything. What's your approach to deal with this?

Internet is your friend, get your technical doubts solved from there. As far as project specific doubts directly reach out to your TL (it's the best way in most cases). "Buddy" has his own work to do and is facing his own challenges and pressure, don't expect much from them. Welcome to the corporate world.
