How to deal with RMG

Hi all,

I was released from my last project on 30 october. Now rmg is calling and asking me to report in the base location aggressively.

I told him that I have serious medical issues. And can't report to the base location but can report to rmg at the nearby tcs office, and I can provide all documents. But he is saying so if you have the medical issues just apply LWP.

Need your suggestion and support.

Going through same issue don’t know what to do I receive 3 remainder mail now even after sending them medical proof ,how you deal it what’s the update ?

Hii, she is asking me to apply for LWP even after submitting the medical docs.

My ask is allow me to report to Noida location rmg. I can't come to Mumbai to report RMG. But I don't know why she is Denying. Although this is possible.

If I apply LWP will it impact my YEO or anything which causes some trouble while switching??

I know your case rmg wanted you to report to adibatla and you want to report to deccan park.

Rmg pushing resources to report to adibatla as that either they project quickly or resign and leave

As for my case rmg calling me to Mumbai location and I am in Noida rn that's the problem for now I am on leave or maybe i apply my earn leave for next week bcz of doctor's appointment. The previous rmg allowed me to report to the Noida location but this rmg is like " just do what I say "

Just a way of harassment. You can use your leave balance .

Try to get into project. If you are in project then rmg will not bother. I haven't been reporting to my base branch for a long time. If project doesn't have problem and they approve wfh or provide u seat in other location then rmg will stop troubling you.

Same happened with me. I would suggest to stick on your decision by not going to base location and dont apply leave. I did same too but after one week they send my unit hr to handle the situation but at first hr also try to threaten you but if you stick to your reason finally they will go to HRBP and after verification of your documents they will gave you transfer.
