How to deal with HRs?
Last month in December, I interviewed with Paytm for a Frontend position and cleared all the rounds. HR then informed me and asked me if I had any other offer, I mentioned the offer I have from Infoedge (19 LPA). The HR mentioned that they will only give me a 30% hike + 1L(15.6 + 1L) joining bonus. I asked for their best offer since then the HR has ghosted me.
I am more inclined towards Paytm as I want to move to Bangalore due to personal reasons and have a good brand value on my resume. I am even willing to join for little less than infoedge.
How to deal with this HR and get the best offer out of them?

That's always an option but I also want to get the best offer out of them, they're not even increasing a bit from their initial offer, it's highly unlikely that they gave their best offer on the first try( i didn't tell them about the offer i already had before he mentioned their offer)
