
Need help on 90days notice period
Folks, I have 90 days notice period, noone is accepting 90days notice out side, even I'm not getting calls due to this, need your ideas/ suggestions to handle this.
The notice period scares most of the HRs and it's risky to quit without an offer, any idea or suggestions on those who had to deal with the same

Otherwise, don't quit unless you're super confident of your skill set. The market is pretty bad at the moment.
