I'd say, these are your options:

Find a company who's okay with 90 days notice.
Offer to get a replacement for yourself asap if you have someone in mind.
Check for a buyout option for your notice period. Even better if recruiting company will compensate for that. Tough in this market tho.

Otherwise, don't quit unless you're super confident of your skill set. The market is pretty bad at the moment.
