Reduce sugar and eat healthier. Try to keep scalp slightly acidic.

If you're in Bangalore, stop washing head with tap water. Use water can/drinking water basically
Never wash head even with warm water. Hot water is absolute no no. Excess oil leads to dandruff, avoid oiling overnight If at all you feel the need to, leave oil for 30 mins only and then wash If you wear a helmet often while on 2W use a cloth/handkerchief between head and helmet Use an anti dandruff shampoo 2 times a week. Apply on wet hair and leave for 10-15 mins (yes you read that right). After 10-15 mins, go for a bath. Use a shower cap for those 10-15 mins to avoid dripping Shampoo examples - head and shoulders, any shampoo with zinc pyrithione and ketoconazole All of this is doctor advice, tried and tested by myself

Cut from neem leaves, make a paste. Apply it on your hair and body, do sunbath for 30 mins. This works like charm

Absolutely, neem leaves paste works like a charm. Adding curd and coconut oil makes it even more effective

Overall restriction of fatty foods, fried foods, refined sugar, processed food, and gluten leads to a reduction in flaking. Diet is a core aspect. Then comes shampoo and other external inputs.

Bro is right. Increase of yeast in the body leads to showing it on our bodies externally. Yeast manifests in body via gluten, bad oils, sugar. Give them a break.

So -

  1. Oil Your Head Every weekend, Donot use those Dabur or Bajaj Oils. Get some 100% Natural oil with no mineral oil in it's ingredients. Keep it overnight or for 3 4 hours and wash your hair

  2. Drink Bhringrajsava Juice, Twice a day, Mix about 20 ml in normal water, mix and drink

  3. Get a 100% silicon hair scrubbing brush. Not those part plastic part silicon one, get the one made completely of silicon, when you shampoo or oil your hair, use it to massage your scalps, Trust me no amount of fingers can scrub your hair as well as it can

  4. Eat Healthy - Don't simply cut off sugar or carbs but instead reduce it just requirement levels. Don't smoke or drink

  5. Wait for 3 Months after following above steps
