How to crack 3 months notice period problem

I am a web developer planing to switch company but because of 3 months notice period of current company i am rejected from hr round itself ..please let me know how to deal with this

Well I read somewhere (on this app itself) someone suggested to go with a medical issue. Give them proper doc and explanation that they have nothing left to ask/bother/poke nose. There was another suggestion, IDR that 👀
