How to convince my manager for release from project after giving lower band?

If you think your manager is a good listener then just discuss with him or sorted out

If not then slightly stop performing day to day work and give nonsense excuses.

Stop working, do not dis agree, but do not complete any work allocated

You cannot remain harmless

If I say straight forward to my manager for release. Will this work?

Start sending mail keeping your supervisor his supervisor, unit head and Unit HR in mail stating since i got bad band release me as there is no motivation to work..

Stop working..tell when i m not performing aa per project expectations..just release me
