How to Convince HR for location?

I got an offer letter for location A from Infy and I really need location B , They told they cannot give location B though company has big office in that location.

At this point in time i cannot relocate and i don't want to stay in this organization also due to the current ongoing situtation .

Any suggestions?

If no option then join whatever location they are giving, ask for location change after joining
