Trending @Infosys; How to convince HR for 30 days NP?
I have seen some people quitting in 30 days.In what scenario is 90 days NP getting reduced to 30 days if we were on bench and just onboarded to a new project?
Having more than 10 years of exp still they have are not giving level 3A with 3 years experience in infosys itself. Have also got good ratings in appraisal and award but still they are not giving I am very frustrated. I am struggling to get the level. Please help what should I do
It will not work I said for buyout also but they are not okwith that also

Can the employees on PIP (given on the basis of bias and not for any performance issues) be relieved within 30 days (if fhey have any other job offers already)?
Even if HR is ready for releasing you early,managers are not ready to release you even if you are on bench
An ailing family member dependency and would need to be with them for taking care so have to be around.
