How to convert BPO1 to IT

I've joined tcs as a BPO associate and after 3.2 years now i'm BPO1. I wanted to know how I can convert myself into IT.

Bro, just start learning coding and IT skills on the side. Get some certifications and talk to ur manager about ur interest. They'll help u switch to IT. Simple as that.

Bro the twist here is i'm a business analyst which comes under IT only from 3 years isn't enough to talk to my manager in my favour for conversion from BPO to IT.
