How to complete wings 2 for c3b?
Declared my aspired role as domain consultant and Bridged the gaps in learning. Kindly suggest how to proceed forward.
Go to ievolve wings2 dashboard, you can see your learning progress for each powerplay.
If you are 100% on PP1, then you can raise unit evaluation request there. Your TD will find someone as a panelist and schedule interview based on their availability.
You need to clear PP1 with distinction to proceed forward. Go through the wings2 SOP.
Wings 2 is just a trap. If your do all the course seriously it will take 6-9 months to complete PP1. Then TD will take 2-3weeks to schedule the interview.
At the Initial phase pass with distinction percentage was more.. but now they are only passing in 1st attempt. Which means you will not get compensation. For 2nd attempt you have to really chase TD to schedule the interview which will take approx 2months. So all most one year is gone. After clearing pp1 with distinction you will get hike. Hike will depend on your current salary. It's is already high then the hike percentage is 1-3%
Better to use the time to upskill and try giving interview which will give atleast 30% hike..
