Trending @Cognizant; How to complete development goals with MongoDB in the skills list?

I had added MongoDB as one of the skills in my development plan. But the only option I'm getting to complete this skill is - Project Experience (approved by manager by sending a request) or Mentorship ( need to have a mentee).

The other options which are certification and course completion simply don't work.

I chose Project Experience and sent a request to my manager but he's not getting that approval request.

Anyone else who has completed this skill or knows what I can do about it?

My manager asked me to raise a GSD but this live AI chat is useless. It's so difficult to raise a GSD now.
