How to climb success ladder

Hi everyone , I'm doing monitoring Jon for last 2.5 years , its my first job . I'm looking after automated process which delivers MIS in bank Although am I surrounded by technical skills like sql power bi , ssis , adf but never got chance to do hands on . I'm moderately good with all above skills but lack confidence due to lack of experience. Currently serving notice period of 3 months. Any expert advice will be helpful !!
