I want to claim TCS laptop after completion of its warranty period. Does anyone know the process of claiming it ? How can we check if warranty of our TCS laptop has expired or about to expire?

In hr policy hub, there is a laptop policy document.

There is a section called "laptop buy back". Go through it.

Then talk to your local IS team

You have to complete 5 years in TCS. Then you will be eligible to claim laptop. Get in touch with location Admin team
