How to chose next Job?

1. Always target mid range product based companies which have around 10k to 20k employee strength.
2. The product should be B2B (losses are rare as far as less competitor involved)
3. Growth + salary increases slowly

Note : Private companies won't give us job security at any time ..If anyone targets companies with above 3 specifications..then we can survive recession easily

Private Job is like a russian roulette. If you really need security don’t waste time in private ; get a govt job.

Private jobs are definitely risky. But larger the company and the most amount of profit that they have the better.
