First u have to check in which hospital you have taken mediclaim. 2 types of hospitals. gipsa and non gipsa. Gipsa hospitals Insurance will be provided as per hospital package non gipsa Insurance will be provided as per your maternity policy package which is standard. Ask hospital admin if the hospital is Gipsa or non gipsa. Any issues ping here

Depends on which plan u have took.Ranges from 75k to 1.25 lac

Check in the policy. For me it was around 60k covered.
