How to check cibil score for free?

How legit is the CIBIL score because I can clearly see it’s not up to date even in the latest report by GPay and credit card utilisation is lower than the current balance ( good for me lol) but I’m also worried this wrong info gets repor...

Woke up to mail that CIBIL score was updated I have not applied to any credit products in this year

How can I check who requested this? Could this be a loan scam on my name?
