Trending @Cognizant; How to change your project as a fresher in cognizant?.. Is it possible or not?

I don't have any experience bro... Sadly I have just joined as PAT in cognizant. This is my first company and I recently got the project but it looks like support project.. No development work

In Cognizant you will only get a support project role. Rarely you would get in a development related role. Instead, I would recommend you to learn the basic tools and start preparing for the switch and then post 1 year, do it.
