Trending @Accenture; How to change the base location in Accenture

When asked they show me the 24months policy. But there are few others who has done transfer before me. Anyone has any suggestions? My team lead doesn't have any issues nor my project but we don't talk with the manager soon. How can I follow up to get a transfer?

If you are a fresher need to work at least one year in allocated location after that you can request to transfer the location.

If ur in a project u can make some excuse and get it changed but it should be approved by ur team lead and hr
