Trending @Infosys; How to change tech stack

Hi everyone. I am currently working as backend engineer in IS unit. I want switch to Data science/ml/ai. I started taking some certificates related to that but don’t have project experience in the same. And there are less opportunities in my unit for this.

How can i change project and tech both?
