Hi all please respond, I was with barclays account and recently joined another project under same account. Here they are doing micromanagement , escalation, unnecessary questions and arguments. Even assigned me testing work and I belongs to complete dev background. Raised my voice but no one responding what to do. Feelings stuck and because of this I am feeling sick and they even said not to task leave as I am new here for next 3 months. Kindly advise what to do
As per my knowledge, u need to contact N+1 regarding change of project.
Gone through similar situation but I stayed 9 months in a project which skills are not matching because of fear and lateral joiner tag and salary is some what good so now I asked release from project manager agreed to release me in this can I connect with my N+1 for another projects ? Or is it better to move to bench then search for another project
