Trending @Accenture; How to change project and location ?
I have been working for Airline project for past 2 years in Bangalore. I want to change project and location to Mumbai.
Have a discussion release other details with the manager and see if he can help on finding a project for Mumbai location or else look for career marker place and apply
I had multiple discussion with manager but no positive response, I am at client location they earn more here dont want to release me from this project.
It will be very difficult...but you can try IJP and notice will be 60days and current project has to release as per policy...if the other project is ready to take....if you are able to clear the interview you need to risk and play around with both sides and hr...it will be tough fight to release...you will see current project manager color for avoiding replay late...etc... Even 60days release of my project manager played it made my notice to 70days and an additional 2 weeks played around for confirming the release date...I had to do lot of things to convince the current manager...lablabla..
