Trending @HCL; How to change project after completing 18months
Hi All
I have seen somewhere one should complete 18months in one project to change project Is this correct information? If yes or no I want to change project which so toxic work culture Don't have working time properly Total 3year spent in hcl Out of 18months spent on project as mainframe developer Is this right time to change project or shall I survive for sometime Change company is best option My ctc 3.7lpa My thinking Trying to switch project internally How to do it like Do they release me immediately or will i directly thrown to bench and they will give 2months to get in to another project if I won't get it they force me to resign? Some myths are there Can some body kindly please reply my questions Reply very much appreciated thanks in advance
Once you ask for release via mail. Your manager will check with client and once confirmed. You will get release from project but have to wait for a month probably. On release you will be on bench and have to find project yourself. Sometimes manager are helpful like in my case all 3 manager were helpful but it varies case to case.
On bench you will get around 2 months else HR will call you and will ask to putdown papers.
