Trending @Wipro; How to change practice in Wipro?
Earlier i was working in Desktop Support project so my practice was MIT-INDIA. But from the past one month i am working in Cloud Migration Project as Azure Engineer (Cloud Azure Admin L1 role), still my practice is MIT-INDIA and they are assigning Desktop Support trainings to me. How can i change my practice to Cloud/DevOps?
I was also in desktop support as desktop support Engineer and moved in application team as software engineer, but salary still received of desktop support Engineer, any policy here for increasing salary for role change, I m working as software engineer from last 1.5 years.
Same here HR mentioned that he can't do anything in this. Also the WMG team will me tion the same best is too switch rather than changing the practice in wipro now
