Trending @Capgemini; How to Change N+1

Does anybody knows how to change N+1 in Capgemini.

Is there any way to without letting know our current N+1.

Is your N+1 from same project as yours? If not then there is a chance that you request your supervisor or someone from your project to become your N+1 & get the request raised with the RMG team

Thanks for replying.😊 Ok,So my N+1 is in the different project and I am in different project. But I am a shadow resource and this is my 3rd project previous 2 projects I was Billable. Still is it possible to change without letting her know that I don't want her as my N+1.
