Trending @Accenture; How to change my headset/headphones

My headphones are not working how can I change them ? Do I need to raise any incident ? If yes, then whats the procedure ?

Now for Headset they have changed the process. i recently checked with the IT support team. They said we have to procure it via Project. Please reach out to Your PMO team( i did the same).

Yeah, you are right . Just informed same thing by the IT asset team. But I am on bench so can be able to replace only while in any project.
