How to change mindset from service based to product based.

I joined a product based company this September. I worked in service based companies earlier . The office culture is very good people are working and jamming around . I am always worried on my joining formalities, work, claims. Basically I m worried for everything 🥺. Any guidance please 🙏

Don't worry. Once you are onboarded, you will be very happy if your work is good. Generally service based company doesn't recognize your hard work. But product based company respects your hard work
