How to change location ?

I joined TCS during COVID and my location is city A and on system allocated location is city B. How I can change my permanent location to city A ?

HR and managers are not that supported and no enough process laid out.

Changing location can be tricky. Talk to your manager and HR, explain your situation, and be persistent. They might help if you have a strong reason.

If you have min 2years into tcs then you are eligible for raising location change request, talk to your manager/HR mention that you need location transfer and you are with tcs for more than 2years(number of years your with tcs)
