Trending @HCL; How to change base location as a fresher?

Hi, I am a 2025 graduate and I have joined HCL as GET, 1 month ago and right now undergoing training, my training location is chennai and I think my base location is also chennai. I am in USSA account and I think most of its projects are based in chennai, hyderabad, banglore, I want to go to Noida.Do I need to change the account for this and if yes what is the process and how to convince them to change it and will they change it, If I talk to my RM what if he denies, what are my options then. I have got 4 project calls till now out of which 3 were support and 1 was okayish role but I denied joining them because I want noida location and they are not ok with it. Also I don't have any contact with my HR Partner, I don't know who is the person I'm assigned to or how to contact them. My training is of 3 months and will end in September mid. Please suggest and help me in this it would be a great help. Thank You!
