How to change base location

Hi i joined tcs Aug2024 now it's been 9 months is there any way to change my base loc(Ahmedabad) to Hyderabad or Bangalore

Previously i requested RMG, they always give same reason that minimum u need to complete 2 years and additional health issues to change base loc

Please help me out...!
